1. Products & Pricing

   • All prices listed are in PKR and may be subject to change without prior notice.

   • We make every effort to ensure product details, images, and descriptions are accurate, but slight variations may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

   • Orders are confirmed only after full payment via online transfer or when placed with Cash on Delivery (COD).

   • For COD, please ensure correct delivery information and availability to receive your package. Refusal or repeated failed deliveries may lead to restriction from future COD services.

   • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or payment issues.

3. Delivery

   • Standard delivery times are 3–7 working days within Pakistan only.

   • Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

   • Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

5. Use of Website & Content

   • All content (logos, designs, images) belongs to Deewan and cannot be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Please read descriptions carefully before purchase.
