Return Policy

We want you to love your Deewan purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our policy:

1. Eligibility

   • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging.

   • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

   • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Process

   • Reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return.

   • Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.)

4. Refunds

   • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

   • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
